Thank you for purchasing from Surrogacy Success. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a digital product, booking a Strategy Session, or accessing any paid resource through this website.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Surrogacy Success are final. Once a payment has been completed, refunds will not be processed for change of mind, accidental purchase, non-use of a product, failure to download a product, or a decision that the product or service is no longer required.
2. Digital Products
All digital products, including PDF guides, checklists, templates, digital resources, toolkits and downloadable materials, are non-refundable once access has been provided or the download has been delivered.
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds after purchase.
3. Strategy Sessions
Strategy Sessions are paid professional consultation appointments. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Refunds will not be processed for missed appointments, late arrival, change of mind, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
You may reschedule your Strategy Session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.
4. Affiliate and External Products
Some links on this website may direct you to third-party platforms, including LiveGood, Boss Suite, Stan Store, Systeme.io or other external websites. Any purchase made through an external website is subject to that provider’s own refund policy, terms and conditions.
Surrogacy Success is not responsible for processing refunds, cancellations or disputes for third-party or affiliate products.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product purchased directly from Surrogacy Success, please contact us at surrogacysuccess@gmail.com so we can assist with access or delivery.
A technical access issue does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive the product you purchased.
