A focused 60-minute strategy session for Intended Parents navigating the complex world of international IVF and surrogacy. This session is designed to give you clear, practical and data-led direction before you make your next major decision whether you are choosing a clinic, reviewing an agency, preparing for transfer, planning a sibling journey, or trying to understand why your current path feels stuck. Drawing from seven successful journeys and 10+ healthy children, Kate brings lived experience, research-backed thinking and strategic clarity to help you cut through confusion, compare options more confidently, and build a practical roadmap for the next 90 days. This is not a generic coaching call. It is a high-level clinical and logistical strategy session for serious Intended Parents who want clarity, structure and a more informed path forward.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure every Strategy Call is focused, professional and valuable, the following policy applies to all bookings made through Surrogacy Success Toolkit. A completed intake form is required at the time of booking. This helps Kate understand where you are in your international IVF or surrogacy journey, what challenges you are facing, and what areas need the most attention during your session. The Strategy Call Session is a 60-minute consultation priced at $497 AUD. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once your booking and payment are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details and any relevant preparation information. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full session fee being forfeited. All digital products, including guides, checklists, templates and PDF resources, are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the digital nature of these products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided. The Strategy Call is designed to provide research-led guidance, practical clarity and strategic support for Intended Parents navigating international IVF and surrogacy. It may include discussion around clinic research, agency questions, donor or surrogate selection, transfer readiness, budgeting, logistics and next steps. However, it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You should always consult qualified professionals before making major decisions. Calls may be conducted via Zoom, WhatsApp, phone or another agreed method. Please ensure you are in a quiet space with a stable internet connection. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. All information shared during your consultation will be treated with care and discretion.
